A new addition to the Scale Plans series from MMP Books, Number 79. A soft-cover book with 7 fold-out pages of scale plans.
This is a set of plans for the Polish built aircraft built in the 1930s at the PZL factory in Warsaw, a gull wing design powered by a French Gnome Rhone radial engine. Despite some good performance results, it was outclassed by the time WW2 was underway. This book provides pages of plans in 1/72, 1/48 and 1/32. They also feature cross-section profiles for the fuselage, very helpful for those scratchbuilding a model, and some small details (such as propellors, engine cowlings) are also illustrated separately in the larger 1/24 scale. The pages fold out so the plans can be laid out flat to work with.
These are good clear plans and clearly aimed at the modeller, printed in the 3 most common aircraft scales. An interesting subject and another good addition to the Scale Plans series.
